Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.

Newsletter subscription: e-mail address, website language, the date and time consent was given, and the IP address at the time of subscription (as proof of consent).

Technical data necessary to protect against misuse (e.g. the form submission time and verification that the sender is not an automated bot).

Handling your enquiry from the contact form — the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to your request, or steps prior to entering into a contract.

Sending newsletters — the legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box and confirming via e-mail (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Protection against spam and form abuse — the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the website.

To protect forms against automated abuse (spam) we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Its operation may involve processing technical data from your browser. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for more details.

To display the map on the homepage and the Contact page we use OpenStreetMap map tiles provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom). When the map loads, your browser sends a request to OSM servers including your IP address. The map is loaded only on these two pages. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for details.

The website is hosted on servers of Websupport (Slovak Republic, EU). Fonts, scripts and stylesheets are served from our own server and are not loaded from third parties such as Google Fonts. The only exception is the Cloudflare Turnstile script, which is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com (see above).

To deliver e-mails (subscription confirmations, replies to enquiries) we use an e-mail and hosting service provider.

We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

We retain contact form messages for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 24 months from the last communication.

We retain newsletter subscription data for as long as your subscription is active. After unsubscribing or withdrawing consent, we promptly delete or anonymise your data.

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

Our website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools, so no cookie banner is needed.

We only use strictly necessary means: a session cookie and the XSRF-TOKEN cookie (CSRF protection of forms, valid for 2 hours), the preferred_locale cookie (remembers your chosen language for 1 year, set only after you click the language switcher) and a theme entry in browser storage (light/dark mode). None of this data is used for tracking.

When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, status code, browser and operating system type. These records serve solely to ensure operation and security of the server (legitimate interest) and are not combined with other data. They are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its terms and are not used for any other purpose.
