IT Outsourcing from Slovakia

We take over the day-to-day IT of companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, remotely from Slovakia and in the CET time zone. User support, accounts and devices, servers and cloud, backups and security, with a regular report for management. One partner, one monthly hour budget, no local provider's price tag.

When it makes sense

When companies turn to IT outsourcing

We have no IT department — whoever has time deals with it
Our in-house IT person is overloaded or needs cover
We are taking over IT from a previous provider
Nobody has an overview of devices, accounts and licences
We only deal with problems once they happen
We have no documentation and do not know what runs where
We want IT under a single responsibility
What we take over

Everything we handle for you

User support

Everyday requests and issues, handled remotely or on site as agreed. One channel where everything gets reported.

Accounts, devices and access

Onboarding and offboarding, permissions, laptops, phones, printing and asset records.

Servers, network and cloud

Management of servers, network, Wi-Fi, VPN, Microsoft 365 and Azure, including on-premise and hybrid environments.

Backup and security

Backups and their verification, updates, multi-factor sign-in, hardening and risk review.

Documentation and reporting

An overview of equipment, licences and open risks, with a regular summary for management.

Vendor coordination

Communication with carriers, software vendors and repair services, so you do not have to.

Ways to work together

What the cooperation can look like

We agree a monthly hour budget (for example 20 hours) that covers day-to-day operations, and report every hour. Anything beyond the budget is agreed with you before we start.

Monthly IT management

A complete external IT department on a fixed monthly hour budget, with agreed response times and a monthly report of hours and resolved requests.

Backing up your in-house IT

Cover during holidays and sickness, specialists for areas your admin does not cover, and a second pair of eyes on bigger decisions.

Taking over from a provider

Mapping the current state, filling in missing documentation and stabilising the environment after a change of provider.

First steps

What you get once we take over

An overview of all devices and users
A prioritised list of open risks and problems
An overview of licences, subscriptions and vendors
Verification that backups actually work and can be restored
An agreed channel and rules for reporting requests
A stabilisation plan and recommendations for hardware renewal
A responsible approach

What we do not do in outsourcing

We do not take over IT without mapping the current state first
We do not sell a scope of services the company does not need
We do not promise response times we could not keep
We do not just fix individual faults — we address the cause
We do not neglect backups and documentation just because they are invisible
Why us

Why choose EXON Slovakia

Enterprise experience, nearshore rates

We manage 1,900 servers and 60,000 users for Yanfeng and ran IT for Jaguar Land Rover Nitra. You get those processes at Slovak rates, in the EU.

A single responsibility

No need to call three vendors. We take over the communication and coordination for you.

We can code too

When there is no off-the-shelf fix for a problem, we do not stop — we write a tool or an integration.

Windows and Linux

We manage Microsoft environments as well as Linux servers, so we never push you onto a single platform.

Predictable costs

An agreed monthly scope instead of unexpected invoices after every outage.

How we work

From takeover to ongoing care

1

Initial consultation

We find out how many people and devices you have, what is critical and what bothers you most.

2

Takeover and inventory

We map equipment, accounts, access, licences, vendors and open risks.

3

Setting up the cooperation

We agree the scope, priorities, how requests are reported and the form of reporting.

4

Operation and improvement

We handle the daily agenda and gradually remove the causes of recurring problems.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask most often

What is IT outsourcing?

Instead of employing its own IT staff, a company entrusts its IT to an external partner. That partner handles user requests, manages devices, accounts, servers and cloud, looks after backups and security, and keeps management regularly informed.

How much does IT outsourcing cost?

The price depends on the number of users and devices, the scope of services and how critical the operation is. After a short analysis we can give you a specific monthly scope and price — the consultation is free.

How does taking over IT from another provider work?

First we map what the company has — devices, accounts, access, licences, documentation and open problems. Only then do we propose priorities and a stabilisation plan. Without this step we would be taking responsibility for something we do not know.

How quickly do you respond to requests?

Response times are agreed in advance according to what the company really needs, and we distinguish a routine request from an outage that stops operations. We do not promise round-the-clock availability, but what we agree, we keep.

Is outsourcing suitable for small companies too?

Yes. In a small company the scope is usually smaller and most things can be handled remotely, so the monthly cost is well below that of an in-house IT employee.

Can we keep our own IT person?

Of course. Some companies use us precisely as a complement — for cover during holidays, for areas their person does not cover, or as a second opinion on bigger decisions.

Do you also handle on-site work?

Yes. Most of the agenda can be handled remotely, but for hardware replacement, network work or an inspection we agree an on-site visit according to location and urgency.

What if our environment is built on Linux?

Not a problem — we manage Linux servers as a matter of course and can develop on them too. See our Linux and open source page for more.

Is IT outsourcing from Slovakia GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Slovakia is an EU member state, so GDPR applies in full and no third-country transfer is involved. We sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with every client and your data stays where it is today.

What language do you work in?

Written and spoken communication is in English. Documentation, reports and tickets are in English as well; Slovak is available for clients who prefer it.

How is the contract set up?

A framework agreement with a monthly hour budget and agreed response times. The notice period is agreed in the contract, without long lock-in; we want to be kept because the service works.

Do you work with companies in Switzerland?

Yes. For Swiss clients we take Swiss data protection law into account alongside GDPR, and most of the work is done remotely in the same time zone.

How does invoicing work?

One invoice a month in EUR for the agreed hour budget, with any pre-approved extra hours listed separately. EU reverse-charge VAT applies to companies in Germany and Austria.
